7. Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
As an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
For hygienic products (such as wearable posture items), returns are only accepted if:
the product is unused,
the packaging is intact, and
the product is in resaleable condition.
