Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility (14 Days)

You may return an unused and non-defective item within 14 days of receiving your order. This right applies to all customers, in line with consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, labels, and manuals
  • Be free from damage caused by use or handling

Damage caused by the customer voids return eligibility. At this time, we do not have specific non-returnable products, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer
  • We cover all costs if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at service@dutchposture.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address in the issuing country. 
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
  4. Keep your proof of shipment until the process is completed

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You do not need to return the original item
  • Send clear photos to service@dutchposture.com within 7 days of delivery
  • You may choose between a free replacement or a full refund

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (or a defect is confirmed):

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to finalise the refund

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant:

  • Please contact us at service@dutchposture.com
  • Return the original item following the standard return process
  • Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
