Return Policy
Returns Conditions
You may return any non-defective item within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact. Damage caused by the customer will void return eligibility.
Return shipping is at your own expense.
Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team via email at service@dutchposture.com. We'll provide return instructions and return address.
Ship the Return: Send the package back to our address provided using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt for proof of return.
Defective Items
If your brace is defective or arrives damaged, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement free of charge—no need to return the original item. Simply contact our support team with photos of the defect, and we’ll ship your replacement immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or confirm a defect), we’ll process your 100% refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item. Just let us know what you need, send back the original, and we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return. Exchange shipping is at your expense.
