At DutchPosture, our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find clear information about where we ship, delivery times, order processing, and shipping costs.
Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using trusted European carriers.
Shipping Regions
- United Kingdom
At this time, we do not ship to more countries. Additional regions may be added in the future.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed based on the following cut-off time:
Order cut-off: 4:00 PM (local processing time)
Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Before shipment, orders are prepared and packed within:
- Handling time: 1-2 business days
- Processing days: Monday to Friday
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
After your order has been shipped, delivery depends on the destination and carrier.
- Transit time: 3–8 business days
- Shipping days: Monday to Saturday
Total estimated delivery time:
- All destinations: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or busy periods.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under £45 → £5.75 shipping
- Orders of £45 or more → FREE shipping
Carriers We Use
We ship using reliable and well-known carriers, including:
- PostNL
- DHL
- UPS
- DPD
The carrier may vary depending on destination and availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link
- Carrier details
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 30 days and we will assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging
- Email us within 7 days
We will offer a free replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note that items returned damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
