DutchPosture is committed to delivering top-quality posture purchases quickly and securely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and options to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Shipping Options, Charges and Time
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 04-07 Business days.
Shipping Charge: For orders of €45 or below: A flat-rate shipping fee of €5.75.
For orders of above €45: Free shipping.
The shipping charges will be calculated and converted to your selected currency on the checkout page.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam), Monday to Sunday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day.
Processing/Handling Times:
Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Order Handling: We aim to process and hand over all orders to our carrier within 1-2 business days (Monday to Sunday).
Delivery Services
We use DHL and the locally available courier services of the shipping country.
Notes on International Shipping:
Shipments cross borders and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.
Responsibility: Such charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Our Guarantee: DutchPosture takes full responsibility for delivery up to your door.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at service@dutchposture.com within 30 days of your order date. We will ship a new replacement at no extra cost.
If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund —your choice.
